Help center
Find the right next step without technical guesswork.
Start with the message shown in your account. The sections below explain the common actions you can take and what information helps support investigate a problem.
Your assistant is still being prepared
Open the dashboard and check the progress shown beside the assistant. If a retry button appears, use it once. If the failure remains, send support the assistant name, time, and reference shown on screen.
Chat does not respond
Check that the assistant is ready and that monthly AI use remains. Then open its controls and restart it once. If the same message returns, keep the reference and contact support.
An answer needs checking
Ask the assistant to show its sources or assumptions, then compare important details with the original material. Do not send, publish, pay, delete, or make a high-impact decision from an unchecked answer.
Your monthly use is nearly finished
Your account shows how much you have used and the next reset date. When nothing remains, replies pause until that date or until a plan change is complete.
Create or restore a backup
Open the assistant workspace, create a recovery copy, and wait until it has been checked. Select restore only when you want the saved state to replace the current one.
Protect your account
Use Settings to change your password, enable two-step verification, keep recovery codes safe, or sign out other sessions. Never share those details with support.
Contact support
Include the assistant name, what you tried, the exact message shown, the time, and the reference number. Never send passwords, recovery codes, private service details, or payment sign-in details by email.
